1. Shipping Scope

Currently, we only offer shipping within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. International shipping (including Canada, Mexico, and overseas locations) is not available at this time.

2. Order Processing Time

  • Regular Handcrafted Items (yarn bouquets, bags, dolls, Pendants&Ornaments): Processed within 2–4 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major U.S. holidays: e.g., Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s Day).
  • Custom Orders (e.g., personalized yarn dolls, custom-colored bouquets): Require 5–7 business days for processing. A specific processing timeline will be confirmed via email after you place a custom order.

3. Shipping Methods & Costs

  • Oversized Items: Large products (e.g., extra-large yarn bouquets, multi-doll sets) may incur an additional $2–$4 shipping fee. This fee will be clearly displayed at checkout before you finalize your order.
  • PO Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses: Standard shipping is available to PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses, but delivery may take 1–2 extra business days due to carrier restrictions. Expedited or Overnight shipping is not available for these addresses.

4. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, we will send a shipping confirmation email to your provided address. This email includes a unique tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website (USPS or UPS) where you can monitor your package’s status in real time.

 

  • For Standard Shipping: Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear on the carrier’s site.
  • For orders over $80: Signature confirmation is required upon delivery. If no one is available to sign, the carrier will leave a redelivery notice or hold the package at a local facility for pickup.

5. Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by factors beyond our control, including:

 

  • Carrier delays (e.g., weather events, high package volume during holidays, labor shortages).
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer (e.g., missing apartment numbers, wrong zip codes).
  • Customs holds (not applicable for U.S. domestic shipping).

 

If your package is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, contact our customer service team for assistance—we will help you coordinate with the carrier to locate your order.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Lost Packages: If your tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received the package, first check with neighbors, building management, or your local post office. If the package is still unaccounted for, contact us within 5 days of the “delivered” date at craft@fashioncrafting.online. We will file a claim with the carrier and issue a refund or send a replacement once the claim is approved.
  • Damaged Packages: If your item arrives damaged (e.g., frayed yarn, broken decorative elements), take photos of the damaged product and its packaging, then email the photos to craft@fashioncrafting.online within 7 days of delivery. We will send a replacement free of charge or issue a full refund, depending on your preference.

7. Return Shipping

For return shipping instructions (e.g., address, required documentation), please refer to our Refund & Returns Policy. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped).
