Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

At Fashion Crafting LLC, our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the date you receive your handcrafted yarn products. Items returned after 30 days will not be eligible for a refund or exchange. To qualify, products must be unused, in original condition (no signs of wear or damage), and packaged with all tags and accessories.

Non-Returnable Items

Worn or altered handcrafted items (e.g., stretched yarn bags, frayed bouquets)
Final-sale products (marked “Final Sale” on the product page)
Customized or personalized yarn creations (e.g., monogrammed dolls)

Return Process

Request Authorization: Email craft@fashioncrafting.online with your order number and reason for return. We will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number within 2 business days.

Refund Processing: Inspections take 3–5 business days. Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method within 5–7 days.

Shipping Costs

Customers cover return shipping fees (non-refundable). If an item is defective or we made an error, we will provide a pre-paid return label for replacements.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may apply if:

Items show signs of use or damage not caused by us
Returns are received more than 30 days after delivery
Original packaging/tags are missing

Late or Missing Refunds

If a refund is overdue:

Check your payment method statement.
Contact your credit card company or payment provider.
Email craft@fashioncrafting.online with your order details.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Discounted or sale items cannot be returned.

Exchanges

We replace defective or damaged items only. To exchange:

Email craft@fashioncrafting.online with your order number.
Ship the item to the address above.

Gift Returns

Gift-marked orders: You’ll receive a gift credit. A gift certificate will be mailed upon return receipt.
Non-gift orders: Refunds are issued to the original purchaser.

Return Shipping Tips

Use trackable shipping for items over $50 (we cannot guarantee uninsured returns).
Return shipping costs will be deducted from refunds for non-defective items.
